📍 Regional Workshop on Sustainable Gastronomy Tourism in the Pacific Experiences, Itineraries & Value Chains | Nadi, Fiji 🇫🇯 How can we connect agrifood systems with sustainable tourism — in a way that uplifts communities and protects ecosystems? In Nadi, over 70 producers, tourism operators, and institutional partners from across the Pacific came together to answer this question. Organized by UN Tourism, the Mountain Partnership of the United Nations, and the Pacific Tourism Organisation, the workshop focused on co-creating authentic experiences and itineraries that celebrate Pacific identity, biodiversity, and resilience. 🌱 Gastronomy tourism is more than what’s served — it’s about who grows the food, how it’s shared, and why it matters.
